A couple from India is celebrating the birthday of their daughter, Liona Vashishtah. Still a month ago Rajiv and Lilit took a decision for their baby to come into the world in Armenia in Slavmed Medical Center. Lilit pointed out that their first-born, Agastia, was born in India, and when comparing the quality-price-ratio of the medical services of two countries, she gives preference to Armenia, as in India they would have to pay for such medical care several times more than in Armenia. Little Liona Vashishtah’s father, Rajiv mentioned that for a long time they had been searching for a maternity hospital in Armenia and found what they wanted. According to Davit Ignoyan the Head of the Obstetrics Department of Slavmed Medical Center, pregnancy proceeded without any deviations and all laboratory and diagnostic tests have been carried out as appropriate. We can say that Lilit’s pregnancy proceeded very\u00a0smoothly. The decision of delivering via C-section was made on medical indications. The girl weighed\u00a03,450 grams \u00a0with height 53 cm, and according to performed examinations is healthy and has no health problem. Davit Ignoyan added that no complications were observed during the surgery and postpartum period, and the birthing mother will be discharged from the hospital, receiving necessary medical care and relevant child care information. Davit Ignoyan also pointed out that all the nuances and sequence procedures were discussed online with the couple, after which the couple made a decision to come and bring their baby into the world here in Armenia in Slavmed Medical Center.<\/p>\n
